I’m a psychotherapist, a well-being coach and a rugby player a writer and author to a book called. Think yourself resilient.
It’s been 2 years now since I had my book published and I have neither topped the Sunday times best seller, nor had a lecture theatre named after me at Oxford.
But I’m not gutted because of what I did achieve:
