Gonna be silly to say, but we finally have made it over a week with no fast food or eating out (don’t @ me with coffee… that one will take far more strength than I have currently to overcome). Very proud of myself and hoping this helps both of our minds and bodies.

Also, @lilyoliver.bsky.social is the best. While I was having one of the worst panic attacks and dissociative episodes in two years last night, she not only helped me through it, but went out of her way to start thoroughly cleaning our house.
