It’s incredible every single time! He does my neck and my back each visit and it’s like sorcery. Idk how they get the alignment so perfect. The first time I got my neck done though, I was so scared lol. No one could train me or pay me to crack another humans neck 😂

My chiropractor cracks my neck every session and it always reminds me of Blue Crush. So I like to lay there and pretend I’m Anne Marie and I just got ROCKED by some waves

Thank you for your kind words!! I enjoyed so many aspects of teaching but the bad days started to outnumber the good and that’s when I started to reconsider. Kinda glad the universe did it for me and I didn’t have to leave on my own accord otherwise I’d wonder if it was the right choice.

Yessss! It cools off around showtime anyway! Not comparing the two, but we went to Electric Forest this year and it was HOT AF all day but at night the breeze that would sweep through the festival during sets was AMAZINGGGG. It felt spiritual lol
