I was inspired to make this little memento to honor and remember my college advisor, Jan’s kindness, curiosity, and creativity. The open petal symbolizes the possibility and potential she invited me to keep in my heart.

I was commissioned to make a piece to celebrate and welcome a new chapter for a dear friend and former colleague for her retirment

First time making a #zipper #pouch, thanks to Adrienne for the zipper hook up!! I enjoyed the pattern a lot! Something so satisfying about to boxiness. There is some sparkly purple tinsel in the yarn, and I love how it catches light 💡 #crochet
