My ex-husband is a psychologist and narcissistic as fuck. I worked in the field of mental health long enough to tell you that people are often drawn to the field as a way of working through their own traumas and struggles and some have been much more successful in that than others.

My point in posting this is that Mental Health Providers run the full gamut and if you are seeing one who doesn’t click with you, stop seeing them and find someone else!

Today I was enjoying the book We Solve Murders by Richard Osman. In one scene, The character Steve shoots a man is wearing a Coldplay t-shirt. Rosie asks “have you ever shot a man before?” Steve replies “No, but the Coldplay shirt made it easier.”

Who knew Coldplay would keep cropping up today. 🤣

Megatron had a meet and greet tonight that seemed to go very well and I also had an application approved for Grimlock with a meet and greet scheduled for Friday. All 5 kittens go in for spay/neuter on Tuesday.

Congrats and I totally get how good it feels! XO and I got serious about eating healthy in January. I was afraid the stress of a 2nd Trump admin could bring on a coronary if we didn’t get very serious about our health! We are both within normal BMI range now and still improving.
