Owning guinea pigs is like trying to play an impossible stealth mission in the kitchen daily. No matter how quiet you are, they will investigate you for food at all costs!

She lost her eye in a past incident, and later replaced it with a magitek device. She's been tinkering with adding different kinds of sight functions to it. She also doesn't like to talk about what happened to lose her eye in the first place. She's young by elf standards, and going through a bit of a "teenage rebellion" phase against her super conservative archwizard father. He most definitely does NOT approve. I think while she acts really cocky, snarky, and sure of herself, that's a front put up to mask the fact she doesn't think very highly of anything she's managed to do. While growing up she was taught how to do magic under the tutelage of her father, and a string of repeat failures pretty much destroyed her confidence. Despite the Erlowyne lineage containing accomplished wizards dating back millennia, it didn't feel like Tessa was going to be one of them. Whether Tessa was put under too much pressure to succeed, or if she actually can't do magic at all despite her heritage, is unclear. And at this point trying to cast even a basic spell would probably give her nightmare flashbacks to her childhood.

Diving into the wild world of OCs. Meet Tessa Erlowyne, who started out as a concept for an artificer I might play next time I'm in a DnD game, she's grown into something a bit bigger than that while I've been thinking about her and drawing this.
