This kind of stuff is exactly what I mean when I say furry was never just about cute anthro animals and costumes. This is why I devote myself to bringing back the ethic of radical acceptance that the furry fandom that I joined and cherished was predicated on.

In my area the stores have switched out California? garlic (white paper) for Chinese? garlic (purple paper.) It doesn't keep for very long, as opposed to the other variety which lasts a very long time (which I buy at Costco now. I wonder if that might be it?

You are a beautiful woman! I felt so much better when I gave up on trying to 'get it' when it came to what people saw in my appearance and started doing what I wanted to see, entirely separated from that thought. 🌟

It's frustrating how much of 'femininity' is predicated on surface level traits. I decided from the start that I'm not shaving, and any makeup I do is for my own pleasure.

If we agree that cis women aren't lesser for their body hair or their presentation then why shouldn't I deserve the same grace?

The silver lining to late stage capitalism is that everybody else is dealing with so much of their own shit and nobody is paid enough to care anymore. Contrary to the internet, civil inattention is flourishing IRL, at least overall. 😸
