Not even the Nazis expressly announced they were committing war crimes. Indeed, at Nuremberg war crimes were denied.
But here, openly, the US Secretary for Defense is explicitly admitting to committing war crimes.
I suspect she means the parts that openly call for brown people to be burned alive in hotels, and call refugees "vermin" or a "plague".

I'm old enough to remember when a Jaguar was one of the largest cars on the road.
It was brought home to me at Aldi last year when a family of 5 climbed into this after placing their weekly shop and a pushchair in the boot.
This is long overdue.
SUVs, even the electric versions, are a danger to all other road users, and an abomination when it comes to climate security.
