My memory was correct.
It's a decent movie, but the first half is a bit of an unfocused muddle.
The editing in some of the action scenes disrupts the flow, creating more of an action collage.
The last act is far more solid.
Brigitte Lin is mesmerizing and the most memorable part of the film.
