Really it should not take more than about 15 minutes to go from Coppin to Highlandtown. That's what a real subway system unlocks. Coppin to Highlandtown takes a *full hour* on the bus on the 22 or the Navy but 20 minutes to drive if traffic isn't bad. A real urban subway network slashes that gap.
