I lost my best girl. My sassy green eyed lady. She chose me in 2009 when I was still in college & got me through the rest of my 20s & most of my 30s. Highest highs & lowest lows. Over 16 years, but she was much older.

There will always be an Evy-shaped hole in my heart.

After the high point in my author life thus far that was winning a Maggie, I do not want to deal with my day job today.

I needed another week to ride the high of pretending to be a successful author before I had to deal with this BS.

I wish I'd get a bite on one of these job apps I've sent out.

So much later than planned but I’m finally on the road to the Georgia Romance Writers Moonlight & Magnolias conference!

I've been manifesting for a book deal, but I seem to have manifested other writing opportunities instead. 😂

My list keeps growing.

I think it's all spread out enough I'll survive but unless it's the book deal, I need the manifesting to slow down.

I was very happy when I needed a synopsis tonight and discovered I already have one that I just have to tweak.

Back in the compression sleeve time. Apparently starting SportsWIP edits threw me into carpal tunnel land. I knew I hated editing. Even my body is revolting!!😂😂

I’m thrilled to announce that my horror story Under the Surface is on The NoSleep Podcast on Season 23 Episode 12 out today!

I still can’t believe I was accepted to have my words produced for the show! And got paid for it!

What a dream come true! I can’t wait to listen to it.

Yes!! I think it just came out. The season 1 pilot came on after Monday night football to hype up the season w release I guess and I got sucked into it immediately with that opening scene.

I got sucked into the show High Potential accidentally. I’m enjoying it. It’s kinda like Psych as a drama without the pretending to be a psychic part.
