“Sadie is a teacher who’s older than she looks! No matter how tough the job is, she’ll never give up on a kid - not just academically, but when they’re in real trouble. After all, it’s an adult’s responsibility to build a kind world for those who will precede them.”

- “motherly” personality, and is tender and tolerant; is as patient as a saint, but is selfless to a fault, and works too hard - Is a teacher who has yet to lose her passion for passing knowledge - Takes her occupation with heavier gravitas than expected, and has a very romanticized idea of what it means to be both a teacher and adult; believing that, beyond just teaching kids, its her responsibility as an adult to take care of their underlying issues & problems, as well as take the blame for their shortcomings - Is in her late 20s to early 30s, but those around her have a hard time believing it just for her short stature; very self-conscious about her age, and sort of likes that her height masks it a little, but then she also gets mistaken for a kid sometimes, and that really puts a bee in her bonnet - Has a tendency to ramble & pontificate about anything, both in-class and off-the-clock - Treats a majority of her fellow Toons like students; ergo, very kindly, but with an inadvertent tendency to talk down, and/or treat them like kids (she can’t help herself) - Of her few gripes about being a teacher, she laments that she has no time to find a boyfriend amidst all her busywork, and worries she’s going to get too old at some point - Has a very “dorky” manner of speech (uses words like “golly”, “gee”, “phooey”, “dag-nabbit” ; refrains from strong language, and uses pedestrian substitutes, like “fudge” instead of “fuck”, etc.) - Doesn’t get a paycheck good enough to have much hobbies, but she quite likes indulging in gushy, saccharine-sweet rom-com novels, taking care of plants, and gaming (though I guess given the era, she’s probably gonna be big on *Donkey Kong 64*) - However, her greatest love of all is seeing that her kindness to the world (and especially the young) comes out fruitful, no matter how much time it takes - Enjoys cranberry juice, and gets G-rated drunk on it - Probably sounds like Kagami Hiiragi’s English dub

im so cracked. im playing haruhi suzumiya chokuretsu now that the english patch is here in full (god im so grateful to the haroohie club for the sheer dedication and care for this!), and after beating the game, im strangely still missing a track. i got confused. i tried searching a playlist of the OST. and the one im missing is. the Game Over Theme. im so good at admittedly very simple anti-minesweeper that ive never heard it.
