Reading people’s reasons for joining has been emotional. We ran some polls and gathered experiences of people and I summarised it in a research poster. I posted on Twitter and it went viral overnight with 56000 impressions and 113 retweets 😮😲🤯

We campaigned Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists. They were shocked by our experiences. We proposed creating some guidelines that were detailed enough to support ND SLTs to explore their needs/strengths and address implicit bias
