Unfortunately life very-very rarely gives good things financially once you become an adult.

Wishing your mother a speedy full recovery. If the doctors don't find anything you'll probably hear them advise things like better hydration and de-stressing for her which generally is good advise.

You could be in the wrong and hear 'attacks' with statements like "No, you fucked up" & "Stop. I am done talking" so from an uninformed external standpoint it does sound like you need to look at your own issues more. Probably before the groups.

Online peeps aren't gonna be help with IRL groups.

Probably won't be cheap/free unless it's biased towards one person of the group. Also probably won't help if it's someone random from online.

The common platitude "therapy only works if the person(s) want it to work" is unfortunately worse with groups.

Body mass is still mass and organs do have their limits. Not too much difference between morbid obesity and "morbid muscularity" conceptually.

Hypothetically getting bulked up there naturally should be better off than someone Morbidly Obese or juiced at the same weight.
