Stand in your value and let them stand in theirs.

When teaching how to do something better we don’t have to share bad examples with names of people.

Instead of building trust around you and your solution, the calling out erodes trust in you.

If people aren’t doing harm, let’s not use their names.

Maybe they just haven’t learned a better way yet.
