My computer has fan issues rn so I'm trying not to keep it on for long periods, but since I've managed to finish it here's the art for a cover I have in the works (provided my computer doesn't burst into flames or something midway through doing the rest).

Got it in my head at one point that Chris is a soundalike for Fukase so decided to test that. Unsure rn.

A scene of Hatsune Miku and Kagamine Rin talking. It's not relevant to the comic but Rin is holding a carton of orange juice and I feel like I may have drawn that badly enough for it to be worth pointing out. Dialogue- Rin: "Are you worried about the vocal conversion function your V6'll have?" Miku: "No, why would I be?" Rin: "So you've realised it'll be SUPER easy to make you British?" Miku (dismissively): "Pshhht... Who would be bothered by THAT?" Cut to Miku lying wide awake on her bed at night, obviously stressed out by the idea.

I feel like it's worth reminding people that however bad it is, Vocaloid 6 has vocal conversion so it's only a matter of time before someone tries this.

Trying not to panic over my computer running into issues recently (my favourite voice synths to use are retired vbs and idk what I'd do if it died) 🙁

Bit of advice to anyone who sees this: if you're thinking of making an animal part of your iconography, do make sure it's one you can actually draw. I'm attempting draw a binturong (a nocturnal mongoose-like animal) right now for the first time in a while and suffering🙃

Part of me thinks the modern additions to mspaint are blasphemous and part of me loves them because I really don't wanna learn photoshop or its many imitators (which I just loathe, the menus drive me nuts and I struggle to get the lineart to be both clean and stable in that kinda software).

Microsoft has been adding updates to paint again lately. Brushes now have adjustable transparency, and a .paint file type is now a thing. Feels weird, but does at least mean I don't have to save layers separately (in case you're really not caught up, yes, modern mspaint has had layers for a while).

I've had an idea for a song that just names voice synths for a while. This needs a lot of work (and more synths), but here's an early version. Singer is Chis-A.
