Bob, biting his nails and seeming very nervous, looks towards the readers out of the corner of his eye, as if just remembering that the readers are there. PANEL 9 Bob, having calmed down, returns to addressing the reader directly, with a somewhat smug expression. BOB: Well, of course I’m virtuous and deserve help. But other sick people have only themselves to blame!

This is the first time I've actually set out candy! Having a playlist blasting while setting everything up gives me the same warm fuzzies as decorating for Christmas, I'm finally starting to see the appeal!

I have color changing bulbs in my living room, so the candle light setting was a perfect spooky window effect!

This year I actually found a proper tail, and only two people called me a cat! I guess that's been the missing key in the several years I've done some iteration of this costume. 🤣 This makeup is actually pretty simplified since I had to work this morning so it was being applied before dawn. Usually I use a lot of bronzer around most of my face, and white eyeshadow from the nose down.

It got better as it got darker outside! I went out for a drink as I usually do on Halloween, but honestly I think next year will finally be the time I stay in and pass out candy! Happy Halloween everyone, I hope it was filled with whimsy, magic, and as much candy as you can handle!
