Our show in Terrace was a complete success and the audience did the most rhythmic clapping of any audience ever!
No show today, so we get to kick back and relax (after a seven hour drive).
After a drive through snow covered roads we made it to Prince Rupert. The Rupertonians were a great crowd and Chris got so excited he marched up through the theatre stairs for Canada's Really Big. The stairs were an awkward length which made his march awkward to. Back through the mountains today.
It wouldn't be a tour of BC without a drive through a snow-covered mountain road.
We also had to deal with a three hour time zone change and then the change to Daylight Savings Time so we have absolutely no idea what time it actually is.
Today we go to Prince Rupert!
Our trip to Kitimat wasn't smooth but we made it... mostly. Chris' luggage lingered in Vancouver, but we borrowed a bass and the show went on without anyone knowing the difference. Except Chris was just wearing his socks (oh, he also had his clothes on, he just didn't have his show shoes).
I am at the most stressful part of any tour. I've finished packing and am about to leave and I'm trying to figure out what I have forgotten.
BRITISH COLUMBIA WILL SOON HAVE WORMS!
And shows are selling out all over the place!
Yes, we've still got several hundred kicking around... actually they're not kicking, but they can be kicked.
With my current comedy course wrapping up this week, it's time to promote the next one!
Next course starts April 7th. Come have fun and be funny!
Here's a new song for you.
We're trying to bring back the "blender drink" song genre.

I'm singing all of TORPID next Thursday on Zoom.
Come join me and sing along to timeless classics like My Neighbour's Playing Saxophone and I've Got Fingers!

Prince George is the first show to sell out of the upcoming British Columbia tour. Several other shows are almost sold out (we're looking at you Coquitlam and Victoria) so get your tickets while they are still to be gotten!
Getting a start on my next Zoom show where I'll be singing Torpid. Good thing too, because there's songs on it I barely remember. Even worse, I can't find the lyrics online! Usually I just google it, cut and paste, and done, but TWO of songs can't be found! What do we even have the internet for?
I've been having a hard time coming up with more ideas for my Too Many Songs About Love album, but I just had a great one.
I was happy for about 30 seconds and have now moved on to the "how am I going to screw this up" part of the writing process.
Although, most food is dead.
Almost forgot, food is funny too.
A song can be funny song WITHOUT death?
Trevor's singing all of BEIGE on Friday (the 23rd).
Some of these songs haven't been performed in over a decade (possibly with good reason).
If you are hankering to hear forgotten non-classics as Hernia Belt, Teenage Angst, and Canadaman, then this is the show for you!

I'm going over the songs from Beige and I'm proud of how we tackled the subjects nobody else would like hernias, irritable bowel syndrome, and vasectomies.
And of course being abducted by mimes.
I'll be singing all of Beige on Zoom this Friday!

If we're late starting our show in St Catharines, this is why.
Nom nom nom
Day one of our tour was las night at Hugh's Room Live. We talked a lot and occasionally played songs. The tour wraps up today in St. Catharines.
Yes, two days is a tour.
At our age.
We'd really like to know.
My Comedy Writing course on Zoom starts in a week.
Still room for a couple more folks.
