AHH SAME!! things that i know need done but that i'd generally forget about or say 'i'll do it later' it's been REALLY good to keep me in somewhat of a consistent routine & if i miss a day it never makes me feel bad 😭 i love the features it has like using it as a diary and thought/calming exercises

and yeah i've seen stuff for Focus Friend before but i looked to be focused on 'avoid doomscrolling/stay off your phone' and i'm never on my phone lol so i don't think i'd have much incentive to complete its tasks each day

i did that a while back too and i think it contributed to me losing interest but i picked it up again like 6 months ago and have refrained from adding ridiculous goals and reminding myself this isnt a game you 'win at', it's been good to help regulate my schedule with my depressive episodes

it genuinely helps me get things done as someone who struggles HARD with feeling motivated even for small tasks, especially ones i'd normally just kind of put off or forget about 😭 i love my little guy so much lmao i love gettings things done so he can adventure

i used to use it every single day a few years back and had a really long streak but a depressive episode hit hard and i stopped, i picked it back up maybe 6 months ago and honestly cannot recommend it enough for ppl with bad mental health days/ADHD it's so fun to check lists off with a little buddy
