I tried T pose, but aren't weight supposed to be in vertex group?

I usually use world space to keep one cool pose.

I don't have the same at all (>_o);
NR 2.9 with importer 1.7 on Blender 2.79

Weirdly, I only have empty vertex groups everywhere. Do you tick some case I might have missed?

Yeah, ninja too here. I might never have looked at weight though o_o...
For now the poses I found worked for me, but for further adjustment I could use some bones, and some weight.

Oh. I need to check, I don't remember the weight is still there when ripping. I might come back to you!

Are you using rigify or something else?
