I thoroughly enjoyed presenting at the Summit Learning Trust Be Curious Conference in Solihull today. I led two session: the first with primary teachers that focused on powering up our presentations; the second with secondary teachers that focused on powering up our questioning 😊

Schools that send emails to unsuccessful interviewees to let them know they’ve not got the job - have a word with yourselves!

It takes minutes to pick up the phone and shows A LOT more professional respect to candidates who will likely have invested many hours in the process.
