I’d say it’s more good than bad, but I don’t think it’s spectacular or anything.
Some of the acting isn’t great and I think it moves pretty slowly for the first 2/3rds, but there’s some creepy moments in there that make it interesting enough to watch
I’ll say moderately scary. I don’t think it was as scary as some of the early reviews were hyping it up to be, but it definitely has some creepy moments. Like I was a little spooked initially coming out of the theater, but I’ll probably sleep fine tonight (if that makes sense)
I still don’t know if it’s a good idea to see this so close to my bedtime but… #seated

The first one was kinda slow, but good. I didn’t enjoy the second one as much as I hoped, and I’ve already seen One Battle After Another so I at least knew I’d like that one
My theater is doing two marathons for the best picture nominees, (they showed 5 this weekend, they’ll show the other 5 next Saturday). I couldn’t stay for the whole thing but I watched Train Dreams, The Secret Agent, and One Battle After Another.
It went fine but I genuinely do not understand how people WILLINGLY choose to come to the NO TALKING PLACE and STILL choose to TALK (at regular volume mind you…)
