I think what was uniquely disturbing about the Meganulon in Rodan is that, unlike the ants in Them!, or the Rodans themselves, they did not view people as food source, and merely killed all of their victims out of sheer territorial aggression. Like this fundamental incohabitability.

I think I had read up once something about placing a capital "H" above, below, and to the sides.
