Pinch of salt
Fresh black pepper to taste
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp white pepper
3 tbsp oyster sauce

Marinate with all ingredients for 30+ mins.
Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 20 mins, skin up.

Tear a block of extra-firm tofu into chunks and press to remove water.
Toss in a mix of cornstarch, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
Fry in hot oil (med-high) till golden and crispy on all sides.
