I have a big soft spot for the old Splat skin for Windows Media Player, I used that a ton as a kid. I've downloaded it again off of the Internet Archive and I'm glad it works, but unfortunately the visualizer always freezes after the first track :(

Recently downloaded an old version of Winamp and I don't know what took me so long. Such an aesthetically fulfilling way to listen to music on PC

The characters starting from orange at the top right and going clockwise are: - Lina Inverse from Slayers - Carbuncle from Puyo Puyo - King K. Rool from Donkey Kong - Jenny Wakeman (XJ-9) from MLaaTR (My Life as a Teenage Robot) - Yuri from Dirty Pair (with a small doodle of Kei) - Susie from Deltarune - Ran from Urusei Yatsura - Lupin III (Lupin the Third)

Never did one of these character colour wheels before and thought I'd give it a try.

When drawing the characters I had the opacity of the colour wheel turned down, but when I finished and turned it back it was muddled and didn't read well, so I decided to fade the colours. It probably would read better without a white bg, but the image I used wasn't transparent so I couldn't do that

There's lacklustre stuff and things to be disappointed with in Superstars for sure, but the amount of animosity it gets compared to the game's actual quality feels way off. I guess it's just how the internet is now though, nothing can just be pretty good or ok, only the best or worst thing ever.

It's a bit of a bummer that I feel like I shouldn't discuss the recent Sonic games I've enjoyed (Superstars & CrossWorlds) in the Discord servers I'm active in because everyone else hates them so wholly. Not at all a big deal obviously, but it does feel a little discouraging.

I had known and heard about EVA and the stuff in it for years before actually watching it, but I never once heard anyone say anything about the penguin. If I knew a goofy bird was in it I would've watched it sooner!

I'm never not apprehensive and untrusting towards gacha games and so I never play them, but seeing all these cute and silly horse girls is slowly chipping away at my resolve...

The shapes you use are interesting in how they've got this sense of blockyness to them, but they're very soft and round in an appealing way!
