The cat cakes let out a relieved meow, looking at Aventurine who is now sleeping on Ratio's shoulder, a little smile on his face. The three nuzzles against Aventurine's leg, happy.

Ratio will move him to his bed in a bit, but for now he and the cat cakes let him rest.

Ratio rubs his back gently, pulling him closer. They'll be talking later, but for now, Aventurine needs rest.

The cat cakes are looking at Ratio now, and the doctor smiles at them, petting them as soon as the three bounced near Ratio.

"Good job, you three. I'm proud of you."

Without another second wasted, Ratio sits down next to the blond. He gently puts an arm around Aventurine to not startle him. But the blond raises his head from his arms and he immediately leans on Ratio.

He breathes deeply, calming down.

Soon enough, the door unlocks. A cat cake greets him, staring at him. Ratio asks where Aventurine is and the cat cake immediately bounces, leading Ratio to the bedroom, where Aventurine is seated on the floor.

"I see... I'll be there in a few. Do stay with him until I get there." Ratio says.

The cat cake meows as if agreeing, before leaving the phone to stick close to Aventurine, trying to comfort him the same way the other two are, hugging him and meowing softly.

The phone rings quietly, and the call gets picked up before the first ring ended.

A greeting, and a question. "Hello, Aventurine. Is there anything the matter?"

The cat cake let out a sad mew. Ratio sighs. "Where's Aventurine, little one?"

Another sad mew.

Good thing that these cats can understand humans better, though these cat cakes can't talk much. One of the cat cakes finds the phone the blond tossed away earlier, and opens it, a chubby paw pressing the screen to call a certain contact. The person who knows the blond best

Aventurine stressing out and the cat cakes are worried that they cling to him and softly meows at him. The blond apologizes, telling the three that he'll be fine, but he looked so defeated that the cats had to do something.

Aventurine smirking at him when Ratio realizes it's the same "outfit" as the picture sent earlier.

If he carries Aventurine to their shared bedroom, then can you really blame him? Because one thing's for sure... they're definitely going to have a wonderful Valentine's...

Ratio arriving home and seeing Aventurine just chilling on their couch in his pajamas. The doc sighs before putting down his things and giving his lover a kiss.

But as soon as he sits down, the blond pulls him close just for him to reveal that he's still wearing the lingerie...

"Happy Valentine's Day, doc!" Aventurine texts as if he didn't just send Ratio a sexy picture just moments ago to try and make him go home early.

Well, thank whatever Aeon out there that Ratio's work was done, because he almost tripped rushing to get home quickly...

"No match located." Aventurine says. For every item unrecognized, the blond responds the same.

Ratio doesn't know what to do anymore. He has tried everything to get Aventurine to remember, but nothing. It lead nowhere.

"Mood low. How might I help you, human?"

"Just... stay."

What if Ratio gave items, ones Aventurine liked and treasured—ones he shared with Ratio. He wanted Aventurine to at least remember...

Something.

Anything.

But for every glance, every examination and scanning of these items, Aventurine does not remember a single thing.

Now, all of Ratio's efforts felt hollow.

Aventurine had woken up, his beautiful, mechanical eyes opening. Ratio felt relief, only for it to disappear as soon as Aventurine had asked him monotonously, "I cannot seem to recover the memory chip data. Who are you, dear human?"

Ratio spending all his time fixing Aventurine, to get him back. He continues to research more on androids, possible replacement parts to get Aventurine working.

Aventurine leaning on Ratio while he's cooking that Ratio had to move him to the couch for a bit so Aventurine can wake up properly.

He cups Aventurines face and just gives him a kiss. The cat cakes immediately settle beside Aventurine to keep him company until food is ready.

Aventurine likes to sleep in whenever he has a day off and whenever Ratio wakes up first, he would get up to make breakfast. But Aventurine would instinctively look for him so he drags his sleepy self out of bed and go to where Ratio is, sleeping on the doctor...
