Not to brag but I just completed the NYT Thursday crossword without looking anything up

There’s just no way to process all of it without going insane so I’m going to keep myself informed, support from afar, and keep playing my silly little games.

I try and keep this account about games/comics because 1) I don’t have anything to say about the constant horrors that hasn’t already been said and 2) something has to be a break from it, even for myself to stop doomscrolling

Clair Obscur is so good it’s highly likely I’m going to finish it rather than letting it sit unplayed for two years like so many of my other RPGs

Good: play more solo games

Better: start a two-person play-by-mail game

Best: get a group together for an actual game session

My main resolution this year is to play more of the games I have, because at this point I’m operating a small and specialised library where the librarian doesn’t know what’s in the books

The interface is a bit clunky in the first one, especially with a controller; it’s not a dealbreaker but I’m hoping the second one is a bit smoother

Absolutely burned through Case of the Golden Idol, and enjoyed it so much I got the rest of the games/DLCs in the Steam Sale
