hmm for fb i recommend you putting a focus on a major group then. lets say as an example one day you do 3 excersices for back, 2 back and chest, that extra excersice in "back focus day" can easily be shrugs and farmer walks as a super set. you do the same for chest and legs on their respectives day
yes, if you are hitting back 2 days a week, i recomend you starting with biceps, do traps and then finish with back. you can get straps for back excersices. also with this frecuency you can keep every excersice at 3 sets or if is really heavy even 2, specially with biceps.
if you doing ppl it should be done between back and biceps, people let traps at the end but at that point you are really tired and cannot pull as much as you need for develop and traps are muscles that really defines the upper body
