The great Tony Book has sadly passed. The term 'club legend' is often misused these days but Tony really was Mr Man City in a golden age as player, 'skip', manager and ambassador. With Tony's passing a little bit of the soul of the club has gone with him. God rest him.

State Man couldn't beat Winter Fog today so was well below. CH is odds on. Lossiemouth is 6s. WPM unusually for him is very bullish she can reverse it.

May improve but not much, as I'd say he was ready. He's a terrible price as it's on old form. I'd back Lossiemouth now if I knew she'd run.

Townend said she gave him no feel and it's possible she could've been below par like a fair few of Willie's have been (State Man included). Willie said he's keen for her to take on the winner again and I'd agree with him.
