Interesting concept. Disrupt supply with no decrease in demand means higher cost. Basic supply and demand. Higher cost means higher margin. The incentive to traffic goes up. More willing to take the risk.

More innocent people were released from the Whipple Detention Center in Minneapolis, MN. It was a VERY cold night (the windchill) we couldn't stay as long because of it.

The thing about ICE is they are staying a hotels all around the metro area. Easy to identify when they leave or arrive. That is a good place to update vehicles/plates.
