Whatever you may think of Palestinian Action unless we all stand and say we support them and shown how nonsensical and hysterical the Home Secretary’s decision is it won’t be long before the meaning of terrorism has been redefined to mean anything the govt of the day finds inconvenient.

I support Palestinian Action and urge others to do the same. They are non-violent, direct action campaigners, not terrorists. At time of writing this is still a legal statement.

Again H/E have done a huge amount of work on this & the new guidance has been out for over a year at least. Often c/o’s are blithely, as you did with your meme, made out to be a road block when that isn’t the case.

I would refer to the H/E guidance and the B&NES work others have mentioned. No conservation officers aren’t about to start supporting the ripping out of 200 year old embedded carbon in sound windows to replace with UPVC with 20 year life span when secondary glazing will provide much of the benefit.

This isn’t just the approach at B&NES, it’s the approach that should be being adopted across the country, and B&NES are providing brilliant outreach to other authorities. But most authorities lack anything like the resource B&NES have. And many don’t have any conservation input at all.
