My ex is called Dex (named after Dexter the show) and he was toxic and i hate him with my whole body and soul. BUT I watched the first ep. of Dexter and I LOVE it but I hate how I get reminded of my ex. What do I do?!?!??!

An eraser!! It left a eraser Burn but it only hurt after 10 minutes and kept hurting for an hour (than it didn't hurt at all). My mom took away my blades and i was having a mental breakdown so i tried with those nail file thingys (idk how to spell it) but that didn't rlly hurt much for me.

Well if you need reasons to cut instead of drinking than i guess cutting can leave scars ig? (If you like scars idk) and drinking can make you stupid (in a simplified way of saying it). Personally scars are better than being dumb but idk what your opinion is. Also deeper makes it stay longer :3
