Considering the omissions about water impact in the Forbes and NBC article (see 1 & 2), it's reasonable to hypothesize that Amazon isn't the only entity withholding critical information from the public.

Notice that the media focuses on electricity but often omits the massive water use & availability, the toll on infrastructures, pollution, increases in serious health problems like cancer and asthma, etc.

This Forbes article doesn't mention "water" at all, and that's a hell of an omission.
