I completely agree. My favourite saying when I was doing my PhD was don't try to cut down a tree with a blunt axe. Sometimes you need to sharpen your so called axe with sleep, friends, having a rest day... especially when you're killing it with both working and studying! πͺβ€οΈ

Foetal alcohol syndrome: Why fathers need to watch what they drink too
A father's alcohol consumption has long been overshadowed by the focus on what a mother drinks. But that could be about to change following new research.
Male alcohol consumption can be a contributing factor to foetal alcohol spectrum disordered (FASD) - research on fertility and reproduction has been so maternal focused that the effects of how much the father drinks has been overlooked.
