PhD #2! Congrats to Dr. Le Dung (July) Pham on successfully defending her dissertation yesterday. Her work with N-heterocyclic carbene-carbodiimide adducts have been great advances in the field. July’s synthetic prowess and encouragement to “get a sweet treat” will be sincerely missed! 🎉🫶

A HUGE congratulations to Dr. Allison Wong—the first PhD of the group!! Allison has been vital to not only the science we do, but to getting the lab up and running. Allison was recognized as a #CASFutureLeader this year and is moving on to a postdoc with the Sanford group at UMich this fall 🎉🥳🎊🫶
