Hi, sorry it took me a minute to respond. Miss you too
Glances over at Kael as they return the hug. "It is a fun tradition. So what are we doing next?"
Beth looks down at the bouquet in their hand. They had not anticipated actually catching the flowers.
"Oh, thank you." They smiled warmly at Bellara, color staining their cheeks.
"Congratulations Bellara."
When he finally pulled away, Beth was left breathless, staring at him with wide, searching eyes. No words came, only the rapid rise and fall of their chest. Then, slowly, they wrapped their arms around his neck, drawing him closer, their voice a whisper against his lips.
“Yes.”
They gasped as he pulled them back, his lips capturing theirs in another kiss, unexpected, but not unwelcome.
Beth melted into the kiss, drinking in the promises laced within. And in return, they gave their own, a silent vow to try, to step into this with him, to see where it could lead.

I...will join in.
"We will in a moment." They replied, their grip on his jacket tightening as they pulled him closer and kissed him.
Beth watched him the same way they had since he first entered their life. He was so adorably awkward and yet so confident, so self-assured. It was an intriguing mix and the more they got to know him, the more they liked it.

They felt their cheeks heat at his words, knowing without a shadow of a doubt that he meant it. He really thought them beautiful. "Most certainly not doomed. I think you've matched me well up till now, and you'll only get better the more time we spend together."

The venue is beautiful, but the man standing next to them draws their attention without even trying.
Turning to him, they run their hands along the seams of his jacket. "I am aware I said this before, but you look quiet handsome." They said softly.
They follow Kael through the portal, their forest green gown with plunging neckline and delicate, shimmering embroidery in gold and dark green, flowing behind them.
Quickly, they locked down their magic, their control still not where it should be. +
Beth dropped off the rooftop, approaching where they last saw Noa, stopping when they saw Kael.
They could have sworn they'd asked him to go home, to leave this to them. Of course he wouldn't listen.
Shaking their heads, they greeted the two. "Noa, Kael. Have either of you found anything?"
Would you like some help me friend?
Had taken Ivy. If this was an Antaam plot or something worse.
Spoting a familiar figure they, they headed their way.

They moved across the roof tops, quiet as a wrath as they searched the city for the deadly poison, hurting its people and for their friend.
It had been over twenty-four hours since Ivy had gone missing and still no sign of her.
There had been no real leads at the opera house, and no one knew who+
