Working with a few biz owners around scalable processes has really outlined why @kyleplatt.bsky.social and I's approach has been so successful. Creating just the right amount of process before, during, and after team growth. Something to be said for including employees in process enhancement!

Agreed. I always describe good SEO as value first.

But for those who know how to execute the value first approach systematically it can be even more powerful. The snippet up top is from giving away a bunch of free resources/info in really specific niches. So lots of value & trust for the domain
