Slower week this week. My body is tired. Less intensity and a bit more cardio.
Leg press instead of squats.
7 sets of 6 reps with 60 sec rest
Didn’t go to well today - had to hit 15-12-10-8 reps every 2:30. Changed to assisted halfway.
