FWIW we advise people to create trustee companies instead of putting themselves personally as trustees because one can change directors/shareholders without having the hassle/cost of transferring titles and redoing banking where new family members take over control of the“family assets”

I understand that INZ has over 1,000 new members so I’d prefer that they not let constitutional decisions be taken by a small minority of the membership who are the only ones who can vote (see my previous skeet). I’ve suggested they delay the meeting but it seems they will push ahead
