European Commission's plans to modify the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and formalize AI processing under legitimate interests, according to a recently leaked draft.

Who will it work?

I think this attack on ePrivacy and the GDPR (which would be hard, if not impossible, to reverse through the courts) is worse than ChatControl. Didn't think the Commission would stoop this low.
