I recently finished the first (very rough) draft of my first novel. After a few days off, I’m back at it, adding chapters and expanding some things. I think this is going to turn into a long first entry to my planned series.

SOMETHING WICKED THIS WAY COMES is one of my all-time favorite movies and also an all-time favorite novel by an all-time favorite author (Ray Bradbury). The movie has been out of print for a long time, unavailable anywhere, and Disney has finally added it to Disney+. If you’ve never seen it, do.

There are a few other characters from the third book who I hope are in this season of the series.

Yes, he does indeed, and in a scene that pretty much explains his character without taking several chapters to get around to the reveal of what his ability is. The later comment by Demarzel when they show Day the anomaly in Seldon’s projection finishes the job.

The Mule is a major figure in the third book, and it looks like the series is sticking pretty close to how Asimov wrote him. Otherwise, the series is very different from the books (but that’s actually good since nothing happens in the books lol)
