This weekend, I'll make it easy for anybody who wants to support weekly original video games reporting.
Until Sunday at midnight, you can get a month of Post Games for $1

The World is Family. The latest work from the great Anand Patwardhan, an intimate family portrait and document of their political activism. A universal feeling - wanting to capture those family stories before they are lost. Patwardhan gives us so much, of himself, of his parents. (On Channel 4)

Literally all Farage has to do is hold a press conference to say "by the way I still hate immigrants" and he's guaranteed wall to wall coverage.
I know I sound bitter. That's because I am. Ever tried getting coverage for the climate emergency, for poverty, or for saying immigration's good actually?

This has all happened so many times, it's amazing that centrist governments still think it's worth trying.
Labour are telling voters that Farage is right about immigration, when they should be challenging his lies and his racism head on.

Am in middle of my 17 hour movie about creativity in documentary.
Have filmed world.
Trying to rethink the genre.
More and more I ask myself "What would #AI not know about this, or see or say?"
The thought excites me.
A bit like how painters reacted to photography? What can I do that it can't?

Dear UK government,
Let's be clear: our mental health is getting worse, and cutting benefits wonβt help.
You claim mental health is being βoverdiagnosedβ, but whereβs the evidence?
The reality is that our environment affects our wellbeing - pandemics, the cost of living crisis, political unrest and ongoing concerns around climate change are all taking their toll.
But when people seek help, they face months, or even years, of waiting.
Rhetoric like this is dangerous. It reinforces stigma and stops people getting support.
If youβre serious about change, listen to those affected. We can turn this crisis around - but only if the government works with us, not against us.
We look forward to hearing from you,
Mind
Where's the evidence that mental health is being "overdiagnosed"?

This is grotesque. Labour are going further than even the Tories dared to.
These cuts are not inevitable. They are a choice that Labour is making instead of taxing the super rich.
Do Labour MPs really want to spread so much pain to the communities that elected them?

UPDATEβMahmoud's attorney says they do NOT know where he is.
They were first told he was sent to an ICE facility in Elizabeth, NJ. But when his 8-month-pregnant wife tried to visit him, she was told he's not there.
They've received reports he may be sent as far away as Louisiana.

Why does 25% AfD among young men spark a thousand "what is going on with young men?" posts yet Die Linke 34% among young women generates...nothing at all?
Yes, young men voting for the radical right is an important phenomenon. But so is young women going rad left *at even higher rates*.

Just watched Shohei Imamura's Vengeance is Mine. Would screen it with Masao Adachi's A.K.A. Serial Killer. Both from a similar time in Japan, and despite the overwhelming amount of True Crime 'content' being pushed out, they each still occupy a unique and considered position 40-50 years on.

The way that several media outlets are minimising this story is a very, very good indication of how comfortable they are with racist ideas in private.
