06.01.2025 21:32 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0Wrong. Now you're posting lies. I'm disgusted by your blatant lies. You don't care about us survivors at all.
It was Starmer, as DPP, who changed the rules to make police take allegations seriously. Read the article from 2013.

It wasn't a local inquiry. The current government has only been in power 6 months.
Why are you ignoring where responsibility really lies? As a CSA survivor, I find it insulting that you appear to be trying to score political points off the issues rather than be interested in the truth.
Here's the report from the 2022 enquiry

I'm a survivor of CSA, by the way.
06.01.2025 19:32 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0There's already been a huge public enquiry. The report was released in 2022. The Tory government decided to ignore all the recommendations made. Starmer has only been PM for 6 months. In 2013, as DPP, he made huge positive changes to the way claims were investigated.
Hope that clarifies things.
We may speak the same language as Americans, but we have a lot more in common with our European neighbours. We like national health care - it's a basic human right. We don't want guns. We support protecting the vulnerable in our communities.
05.01.2025 22:59 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0Twitter is not representative of the consensus of opinions in the UK. It's mostly far right nutjobs. We've recently had an election; Labour won with a landslide.
05.01.2025 22:57 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0I do take them seriously, which is why I'm still on twitter countering their bs. However, I do also know that most Brits don't use twitter and don't like Musk. MAGAts make the mistake of thinking the UK wants the same MAGA crap over here. We hate MAGA and Trump.
05.01.2025 22:55 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0He can't be squeezed out because he literally owns Reform UK Party Ltd.
05.01.2025 22:41 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0I've just reported him for that post where he wishes harm on the parents of trans kids. What a disgusting person he is.
05.01.2025 22:38 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0Because twitter is pretty much irrelevant to the majority of the electorate in the UK. Musk is talking to his far right extremist bubble that is Twitter. Musk doesn't influence us for the most part. If anything, he's just making us dislike him more.
05.01.2025 22:32 โ ๐ 4 ๐ 1 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0Best 2025 Twitter Post so far! I've grabbed it to share with you all so you don't have to go back over there. Farage owns Reform UK Party Ltd. He can't be replaced against his will. Reform doesn't have members; it has donors with no say. Let the Far Right fight it out.

Weโve updated our Clacton billboard to tell voters their MP just took ยฃ40k from a US firm that advises clients how to offshore their money and pay less tax. For the full story see video below ๐

01.12.2024 22:43 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0They don't want to be seen to be challenging what half the population says was a properly conducted democratic vote. It sucks.
01.12.2024 22:40 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0Starmer is holding back because there are still loads of Labour voters who are anti-EU because they don't trust what they consider to be a bureaucracy. Personally, I'd say sod the Lexiteers. Most of them are Corbynites anyway.
01.12.2024 22:38 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0That's where Putin's plan backfired. He thought it would do huge damage to both. The EU, though, is doing fine without the UK. We're suffering terribly as a result, though. We just need to find a way to get back in. Hopefully Starmer sees sense eventually.
01.12.2024 22:36 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0I don't think the elections were clean either. The problem is proving it. ๐ข
I just hope you guys are OK over there, esp those who didn't vote for him.
Absolutely. I hope the UK government ban him from entering the UK from now on considering his repeated attacks and calls for civil war here.
01.12.2024 22:31 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0Putin paid to get Brexit done. That woke a lot of Brits up to the scale of foreign interference and the pure lies being pushed on Social Media & certain main stream Media sources too. Because we were the testing ground for the 2016 US Elections, we didn't fall for it again this year.
01.12.2024 22:30 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 2 ๐ 0We've got Elmo saying he'll donate ยฃ100k to Farage's campaign in the 2029 elections to help Reform win. That's completely illegal under our laws & Reform doesn't stand a chance. The world needs to do something about Elmo.
01.12.2024 22:26 โ ๐ 3 ๐ 1 ๐ฌ 2 ๐ 0I hope the US survives the next four years of Trump. I'm not sure he'll last the full term, mind, and Vance might actually be worse. How do you undo the brainwashing of half the population? We have a similar issue in the UK, but it's around 14% here.
01.12.2024 22:19 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0Yes. Hopefully, we'll have learnt our lesson this time. Unfortunately, we thought we'd learnt after WW2, but it didn't seem to stick. Those who don't learn from history are destined to repeat it.
01.12.2024 22:16 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0Totally agree.
01.12.2024 22:12 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0Yup. One genocidal imperialist dictator vs another. Erdogan would be doing us all a favour if he goes after Putin now (& he seems to be doing exactly that).
01.12.2024 22:09 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0On top of that, the Russian economy is imploding and the ruble is in free fall. Someone's even told Trump he can push back, hence his announcement to hit BRICS with 100% tariffs if they set up a BRICS currency. Now's the time to topple Putin.
01.12.2024 22:07 โ ๐ 4 ๐ 1 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0Add to that the second round of the Romanian elections that took place today. Romanians woke up to Putin's attempt to sneak in a far right fascist puppet. Ukr, Syria, Romania, Georgia... Multiple fronts opening up, weakening Putin. Erdogan is already trying to take advantage of the situation.
