I thought there was a Liverpool online store in the US. I know I've ordered from them, but that was several years ago.

Canada is the same. If you have family in the UK. Have it sent to them and have them mail it to you. Have them put on the package it's a gift, that helped me from paying duty. Don't know if they still do this.... it's several years ago.
