It isn't all or nothing. While it's safer when more mask because there's less virus in the air, a well-fitting mask protects you even if no-one else masks.

I had to go every month last year bc of meds. this year it will be like every 3 months, and I just need to try and get appointments with the ones I like or my specific assigned PCP resident

part of the issue is I'm seen at a clinic by a rotation of residents. I need less rotation aka just a few of them seeing me vs just any of them. there's already three of them that I won't take appointments with anymore
