"The salesman" has been replaced with "the inspector" to fit Lestrade, whereas "the husband" for Watson and "the Lover" for Holmes remain the same. They're all in a telephone booth, each holding a file of papers (or a doctor's bag, in Watson's case). Lestrade and Watson are turned towards the viewer, Watson's pose less rigid than Lestrade's while Holmes has his back turned to the viewer.

I saw the original illustration on Twitter [it's in the next post of the thread!] and had to Holmesify it
