Earnings visibility and sector rotation. Fit out momentum - rating now more specialised engineering services not construction.
#MGNS Berenberg raise again to 5800p from 5400p. I believe Peel Hunt raised to 5500p from 4800p.
Fit out dominance noted, cash status and PE deserves a higher support services rating not a cyclical builder.
Mello Birmingham 22nd April. Early bird tickets on sale and well worth the investment. A great opportunity to meet up in person.

Just one example of numerous housebuilder appeals currently going through the Planning Inspectorate. Strategic land banks are coming forward at a faster pace.

Bit of a while to until the next AGM but new CEO will be wells settled by then. Apparently this another one where only the occasional shareholder turns up. Perhaps one for the calendar? Investor Meet presentation today at 3pm so worth throwing in a few questions.

M&A into the electricity and energy is the exciting growth area and businesses acquired to date are already performing well with a huge addressable market to go at.
Very interesting AGM - the only shareholder in attendance and a lovely chat with the board. Main take aways - main market move its not the right time. Too many IHT funds holding at the moment bit do want to consider expanding the shareholder base in future.
