Yup that was me. It was the only small comfort I took from the Trump victory…that Sullivan would be gone. Says a lot that despite Trump’s obvious attempts to break NATO and sacrifice Ukraine, our guys and gals are still in the fight and making progress.

In this case it’s the latter. Never mind…you tried. After escaping the hell of X nearly a year ago and being at pains to rebuild here I’m not very tolerant of people who recreate those toxic dynamics…even if I sympathise with their ideas.

Yes. Reality isn’t something solid that we can glue ourselves to. We are constructing it as we go along. Trump World is the reality now and anyone who doubts that only has to look at what ICE is doing. His opponents must use the power they have to resist, instead they dream of this not happening.

Preaching to the choir there my democratic friend. Let’s target our frustration on those who simply cannot be bothered to vote (though NOT those who’ve had obstacles deliberately thrown in their way). I believe voting should be a) compulsory and b) as hassle-free as possible in every locality.
