要知道跟人交谈/交往时，有没有走心其实别人是能感受到的。不要以为重复一些看似礼貌的套话空话，会有帮助。甚至那些习惯性的口癖会让人察觉，只要听到这样的话，就能感受到被敷衍对待的感觉。具体情境里，不要急于敷衍式地共情，沉默地聆听比简单地回应更好。

信奉市场主义和商业的人说，世间万物都是生意，或离不开生意。我也能理解他们所讲的观点。但还是希望有一些事情不是「生意」的，特别是那个事情开始的时候是公益，公共的，集合了很多人善意的事情，请不要把它也变成某种生意的游戏。
