Aortic Valve Replacement for Asymptomatic Severe Aortic Stenosis This Viewpoint advocates for prompt aortic valve replacement (rather than clinical surveillance) as the default strategy for patients with asymptomatic severe aortic stenosis.

Very important Viewpoint published in JAMA Cardiology by Brian Lindman, the legend Eugene Braunwald and Patricia Pellikka on the management of asymptomatic severe AS. I love the conclusion: this is a must-read.
